Well-known Emeka Eloagu, a Nigerian chef, was discovered dead at his home.

Emeka Vincent-Eloagu, a well-known chef from Abuja, was discovered dead at his home late on Sunday night, leaving friends and family in sadness.

The 35-year-old was a well-known chef in Abuja before to his passing. He received a Grande Diplomé in food and pastry from Le Cordon Bleu Paris. He was known for hosting politicians and celebrities at his restaurant in the nation’s capital, where he combined French cooking techniques with Nigerian food.

Although the cause of his death is still unknown, some of his acquaintances have reported that attackers who broke into his home stabbed him to death.

Another account claims the deceased was killed by two persons who he granted access to his apartment. They allegedly stripped him naked, tied him up, and then strangled him.

Friends and Associates to Emeka confirmed to NewsWireNGR, “Emeka was killed last night, we do not know how and why but we are all in shock”, said the source who does not want his name in print.

Popular Abuja based Chef, Emeka Vincent-Eloagu, has been found dead in his  residence late Sunday night, as friends and family were thrown into mourning. 

Before his death, the 35-year-old was a chef of repute in Abuja. He graduated from Le Cordon Bleu Paris with a Grande Diplomé in cuisine and patisserie. He created a combination of French cooking methods with Nigerian cuisine and was known to have hosted celebrities and politicians at his restaurant which he operates in the capital city.

While the cause of his death remains uncertain, an account by some of his friends claim he was stabbed to death by assailants who gained access into his home. Another account claims the deceased was killed by two persons who he granted access to his apartment. They allegedly stripped him naked, tied him up, and then strangled him.

Friends and Associates to Emeka confirmed to NewsWireNGR, “Emeka was killed last night, we do not know how and why but we are all in shock”, said the source who does not want his name in print.

“What will anyone have against Emeka? He was the most beautiful human in and out”.

“We will wait for the family to issue a formal statement, but at this point we are still devastated by the news about his demise”. The source said.

Another account says, “Emeka was murdered last night in his house by suspected persons known to him as he had allowed the persons into the house, they left him tied up and naked in his apartment – the source continued, “two men had gained access to the Premises – they strangled him”.
